Its going to be a busy weekend. New electronics and fuel gauge for NO Fox Given and today we are finishing up a partial rewire and electrical upgrade for ShastyMcNasty Fishing .

Now that daylight savings is back I am ready to take on some side jobs in the evenings. I will also be available by appointment for weekend jobs and mobile work.

Today we dropped off the jonboat project for a new transom,front deck and trolling motor platform. We will be adding a Lowrance HDS , power pole micro , a 24volt Terrova powered by Battery USA lithum batteries ,noco 5x3 charger ,lights and a bilge pump.

This boat was a absolute mess. No breakers for 2 sets of TM batteries. Electrical tape everywhere.
Sloppy crimps.
The famous floating ground. Between the console and bow this boat has over 10 grand in electronics installed . A instalation like this might save a few dollars up front but is going to cost you in the end. This is a fire hazard 🔥 .
Time to Break Out Another Thousand ! $$$$
And who needs 6 batteries in a bass boat WTH 🤦‍♂️. With todays technology why would you go this route?

Quick little JP repair from a few days ago. The customer said he could see some fluid leaking from a fitting. Instead of just checking the single fitting I pulled the remote pump . I found a cracked resivour,a leaking fitting,and replaced one of the heat srink connectors on a relay .
Thankfully we were able to repair this before his charter the next day .
