INVOICES: Must be paid within 24 hours. You will receive a reminder of any unpaid invoices before the 24 hours is up. I understand circumstances happen and you may need longer to pay, it is up to you to message us and let us know. After two unpaid invoices you will be removed from the group. REFUNDS: Will be given in exchange for store credit in the exact purchase amount excluding shipping. We are all the time getting new items in and feel confident that you will find something that you love! RETURNS/EXCHANGES: must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship or purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition when returning. PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders are exactly that...an item that you are paying for before I have it in hand! I will list a close date on each item and an estimated time of arrival. Please know I will do my best to be accurate with this but shipping delays are out of my hands! PRE-ORDERS will take longer to ship, we would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to the shipping times. Please know as soon as we get pre-orders in we will ship to you within 1-3 business days. If an item becomes unavailable for whatever reason and I am not able to place the order, that will warrant a full cash refund or store credit it will be your decision. Shipping will always be within 1-3 business days of your order being placed for all IN STOCK items. If you order a PRE-ORDER item shipping will of course take longer, anywhere from 2-4 weeks (unless otherwise stated). All orders of $60 & up will ship FREE!
