There has been a recent post about my business, Warriors Moving LLC. and I would like to take a moment to give the attention this topic deserves but explain in further detail.
For those who haven’t read it, it was asking for moving help because I and (Warriors Moving) didn’t show up as previously booked. And let me be the first to say that this is correct. Unfortunately, we were not there but it was not intentional NOR deliberate. It was not because the move was too small or unimportant. I strive to be the company who you can rely on no matter the need with the best service and price. I want to be the top mover and most efficient as I can be.
You see, after being in business for myself for 13.5 years I finally started the Warrior’s website in the beginning of April and that’s when I discussed this moving opportunity. Still juggling the FB page, calls and texts. Still being the one booking the moves, going out and giving the estimates and sometimes actually being on the move too. Now, I have another platform for customers to reach me as it provides my email (also started at the same time as the website) Great right? Absolutely!! Regrettably, I was a bit overwhelmed. I am new to this way of handling bookings so all can I say is, I fell short. It was my mistake. I take full responsibility. I started this business long before I knew how to use technology. It has been a learning experience for me. Am I perfect? No. Do I wish I was? Sure, who doesn’t? But what I did do to remedy my error was I tried to make it right! I called. I apologized. I reached out. I apologized again. I showed up and continued to apologize but I was asked to leave.
What this situation has taught me is, I need to be better. I need to check my list and check it twice so no other good or naughty little boys and girls are overlooked ever AGAIN!! Thanks Scott with Warriors Moving Llc!
