The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) on behalf of itself and Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), Lebanon Transit (LT) and Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) are seeking proposals from qualified advertising firms to act as a representative for each Authority for the sale of exterior and interior advertising space on its buses and shared ride vehicles for each of the Authority’s service areas. SCTA and SRTA are also seeking proposals for the sale of advertising space on bus shelters.

Request for Proposals will be received electronically via Penn Bid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, Thursday, November 5, 2026.

Wow, what a busy week! Pop-ups at Summit Square and Carlton Square, the Myerstown Block Party, an important meeting with Londonderry Village, a groundbreaking ceremony, and yesterday we finished things up with a great press conference with our regional partners rabbittransit, Red Rose Transit Authority, and BARTA Transportation.
