We offer friendly, expert packaging and shipping services as well as a variety of other services such as mailbox rentals, copies, faxes, passport photos, shipping supply sales and more!

This week will be the busiest week of our year, and quite possibly the busiest week in our history! (And it’s 2020, so might as well throw a snow storm in there too ⛄️)

As we navigate this week together, we ask a couple things of you to help things go smoothly;

*Please wear a face covering to enter our store! If a medical condition prevents you from being able to, please call us to make arrangements to do business from your car.

*Please be conscious of social distancing. If at any point in the day, the line stretches outside and you are having trouble handling your packages, please call us and an employee will bring them in to wait for you to reach the counter.

*Because of the high volume of packages circulating this year, there are severe delays with many of the carriers. This year, the earlier the better. If you can, ship this week and don’t wait.

*NO need to wait in line if you have a prepaid drop off. You may place them in their respective spots without waiting. There are templates on the front desk to provide yourself with a digital receipt of drop off.

*Smile at us, we’ll need it ☺️

UPDATE:

We understand that Mail Dock has a unique opportunity to help those who are not working to make some money via online options. We also understand that we are a very important pathway to supplying people with necessities and as much as we'd love to continue business as usual and help everyone retain a sense of normal in these difficult times, we also have a strong responsibility to our community to aid in keeping everyone safe. Because of this, we have changed a few things in our store for the time being. The changes are below;

-We are asking customers to follow CDC guidelines when entering the store; Remain a respectful distance from other customers and employees, Limit touching of public spaces, limit the use of cash (our CC terminals are now self serve)

-Please respect the temporary boundaries we have set up. Besides standing in line, and accessing the drop off bins, we ask that you do not move or touch the netting.

-There will be no public use of our printers or computers. If you have a prepaid label to print, you can email it to [email protected].

-Our employees will not handle drop off packages. We will ask that you place them in the appropriate bins for pick up. If you need a receipt, we've placed a template at each bin to take a picture of your tracking.

-As we are still a notary and will continue notary service, we are unable to process title transfers.

Per Governor Tom Wolf’s office, Mail Dock is considered an essential business. This means we will remain open for the remainder of the week and for the weeks to come, unless there is a change to the state’s mandates.

We understand how important our operations are to your everyday life and we are here to assist you in any way possible. However, we do ask that you follow CDC guidelines for minimizing the spread of COVID-19 if you will be visiting us.
-Do not visit if you are showing signs of sickness. We can do pick ups, following social distancing guidelines (please call for a quote)
-Remain a respectful distance away from employees and other customers
-ask an employee to help you use our printers, computers, other in store products.

Our decision to remain open is out of commitment to our customers and not out of disregard for the CDC recommendations. We understand it is tax season, there will be an influx in online selling, there are family members in need of essentials. We will remain vigilant as well and change things on a day to day basis as news becomes available.
