Finding qualified school bus drivers continues to be a challenge for districts across the country, but some are trying new approaches to recruitment and training.

From job fairs and community outreach to social media recruiting, faster DMV appointments, paid CDL training, and efforts to attract veterans, districts are exploring different ways to bring more qualified drivers into the field.
