Poindexter Trucking is a growing, family-owned company looking for a motivated individual with a Class A CDL.
We are currently seeking a driver who has the flexibility to stay out 1–2 nights at a time or up to a full week, depending on workload. Home every weekend.
Driver Responsibilities & Expectations
• Safely transport, load, and unload freight
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with customers and vendors
• Ability and willingness to start early and work late as needed
• Willing to haul hazmat loads (anhydrous ammonia and propane)
• Available to work weekends during busy seasons
• Able to stay out in the truck for up to a week when required
• Tanker endorsement required at time of hire
• Must be willing to begin the process of obtaining a hazmat endorsement immediately after hire
