Most people packed away their Christmas decorations months ago… but one resident at The Greens received a special exemption from Mother Nature herself 🎄🐣

A robin moved into her outdoor Christmas tree, built a nest, and laid eggs — so eviction notices are currently suspended until further notice. 🐦💛

We can officially confirm: the tree now belongs to the birds.

Happy Easter! 🐣🌷💗🐰

Here is our beautiful Easter dinner, thoughtfully prepared by our wonderful Chef Amie! Our menu featured a wine pour with shrimp cocktail, sliced ham paired with sweet potatoes topped with a delicious streusel, and garlic & ginger asparagus.

We can’t forget dessert!! For dessert indulged in a delightful limoncello mascarpone cake! 😋 An absolutely perfect ending to a lovely meal! 😊

We’re soaking up all the spring vibes today! 🌷🌼

Our residents had a blast getting creative, making adorable ladybug and bumblebee planters out of terra cotta pots. Each one is perfect for adding a little glow with solar lights! They’ll look so cute on their porches all summer long! 🐞🐝❤️

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Cartwright's for our annual pancake outing!!🥞 Each year, we hold a friendly competition to determine who can consume the most pancakes, and this year resulted in a tie between Wayne and Angelo, they tied in at 7 pancakes!! We appreciate the warm hospitality extended to us by Cartwright's and look forward to continuing this tradition!

🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrated and honored the incredible veterans here at The Greens. We are so grateful for their courage, service, and sacrifice. Each of our veterans was recognized with a Veteran Appreciation Certificate and a special sweatshirt as a small token of our gratitude.

We also proudly unveiled our new Wall of Honor, which will remain on display year-round as a lasting tribute to those who have served.

From all of us at The Greens — thank you to every veteran for your dedication and bravery. We are proud to honor you today and every day. ❤️🤍💙

It's not a true celebration without cake!
We acknowledged our 25 years of senior living at our concert recently with the community that surrounds us but, we wanted to have a more intimate celebration with those who make us who we truly are...our residents. They are all so amazing and have such great stories and we are so lucky to become a part of those stories. A huge thank you to them and all of the families that have walked through our doors for trusting us each day to make sure they're safe and loved.
Here's to another 25 years of growing The Greens Family! 🥳

Recently, we were honored to celebrate our amazing veterans with a special recognition from "Lap Robes for Veterans". Each veteran received a handmade blanket and scarf, personalized for their branch of service.

We are so grateful for the sacrifices our veterans have made for our country, and it was truly wonderful to see them recognized in such a meaningful way. Thank you to Lap Robes for Veterans for bringing warmth, comfort, and gratitude to those who have given so much.🇺🇸
