Requirements:
• 2-3 years Dispatching or Customer Service experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Responsibilities:
• Dispatch HHG Drivers and crews to locations across the region
• Monitor and record Driver's information for payroll purposes: gather, review, investigate, and input payroll data
• Maintain compliance with accounts / customers
• Involve other Dispatchers in planning process to trouble shoot
• Handle research on missing items with Service Centers and Drivers
• Data Entry and reporting of all move information accurately
• Communicate daily with assigned Drivers and Service Centers
• Call Customer to confirm dates and times
• Develop any solution necessary to solve customer and Driver issues
• Coordinate with Move Coordinator any changes to services
• Job assessment to determine ability to complete job on time
• Communicate any maintenance issues directly with management
• Communicate with Driver, Planner, and Service Center any shipment issues and concerns
• Monitor Driver's time to get home
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 - finish--Depending on operational needs
• Saturdays (5/15-9/30)
