All items are made to order. For orders of 5 or less, the turn around time is generally 2-3 days. Orders between 5-10 can be completed in 4-5 days. Larger order turn around times may vary, but we strive to have them completed as quickly as possible. Though we love to make personalized items, we do have the right to refuse orders. We will not support, nor create, items that are discriminatory in any form, or items that support any type of hate group/organization. All shipped items are delivered with the USPS, and are provided a tracking number. Any issues with the postal service, or non-receipt of items that have been marked as shipped, must be handled with the USPS. The USPS will be able to provide you with more information on the location of your package. Any damaged products, due to shipping, must be reported to the USPS. We would also appreciate a notification in the case of a claim. ALL packages are insured, and the USPS will be responsible for any damage during transit. Due to all orders being made to order, and completely customized, we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may be made, at the discretion of the company, and may not apply to every order.
