Updated Paving and Access Notice for scheduled work starting this week:
This paving schedule is subject to change due to weather. Below are the high-level impact dates and approved access routes:

📅 10/20/26 (Tuesday): Paving the East/West Roadway in front of The Mill Seaford, Delaware Technical Community College's Seaford Innovation Center, and BrightBloom Centers starting at 7 am at the Atlanta Rd entrance and moving toward Sussex Rd.

Access will be through the Southern entrances off Atlanta Rd and Sussex Rd, continuing up through the Center Drive Aisle.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic across closed road portions during paving.
