Sushi at Encore Las Vegas? Yes, please! We stopped at Wazuzu for a light dinner of yellowtail sashimi, shrimp tempura roll, and salmon sushi. Beautiful restaurant, great food, and a menu covering the greatest hits of East Asian cuisine! Only downside was the service felt a little rushed.
