As many of you may already know, my lifelong dream has been to own a hot dog stand. Well, I've finally gone and done it! I have a 1928 Model A Ford Pick up truck that I had converted to add a 8' x 10' box to serve hot dogs and shaved ice. To start off, I am only going to sell Shaved Ice and have added Soft Serve and Pickles. Yes, Pickles. Flavored with your favorite Flavor. The same wonderful flavors as you put on your Shaved Ice. I purchased the truck almost 2 years ago and had a friend restore it and construct the box and concession stand. I am currently looking for a permanent location in the Las Vegas area and working on getting the licenses necessary to operate. Hopefully, I will get this all done and be able to open for business after the beginning of the new year. Here are a couple of pictures of it on it's trailer. Yes, it actually runs on it's own too!
Update! . . . Secured a location in front of the Chevron Gas Station on South Durango and Arby. Just a few blocks from Wet'n Wild. Great Traffic and just before Rhodes Ranch. Still working on Licenses with the Clark County People. Lots of hurdles to go over! Looking to open about June 1st.
