To Our Trucking Community,

This message is long overdue, but it is one that we feel is important to share.

On April 17, 2026, LEG Freight Solutions experienced an unimaginable loss. Our son, Louis Ginns IV, was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while riding his scooter. As parents, my husband, Louis Ginns III, and I are deeply heartbroken and navigating a grief that no family should ever have to endure.

We are taking each day one step at a time and doing our best to move forward while honoring our son’s memory. However, this tremendous loss has understandably affected our family and our ability to operate the business as we normally would.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this difficult time. Please know that although grief has taken a significant toll on us personally and professionally, we remain committed to serving our customers and the trucking community to the very best of our ability.

Our mission continues to be providing reliable, cost-effective transportation solutions for all parties involved, and we are dedicated to carrying that mission forward as we heal.

We ask that you continue to keep our family, friends, and business in your prayers during this difficult journey. We would also like to thank everyone who has contributed to our GoFundMe campaign. Your generosity, support, kind words, and condolences have meant so much to us and have helped carry us through some of our darkest days.

If you received any suspicious loads, messages, or emails that did not come from our verified addresses, please disregard them and contact us directly.

To clarify:
✔️ Only messages from our official .com emails are valid.
✔️ All legitimate loads begin with our load ID prefix: LEGFSM**.**

We have already:
🔹 Secured our systems
🔹 Blocked unauthorized DAT access
🔹 Implemented additional internal security protections
🔹 Coordinated with DAT to review activity
