For those who are wondering just how much noise the Helicycle makes. Measured today -

106 dB measured 6 feet from the exhaust side of the engine. No blades turning.

101 dB measured inside the cabin with the blades turning.

CNC machine working on some new tooling.

This is the die side of a punch and die set that will be used to form the gear leg shoes that are welded to the gear legs and are bolted to the skids.

The punch is already done. Final piece before putting them to work!

Adding some additional capabilities to the production line. A new CNC press brake will allow us to fabricate the many brackets and formed pieces used on the Helicycle in-house.

CNC programming insures precise and repeatable bend angles.

We will be setting this up next week!
