The hockey stick had broken loose and she wanted me to ship it with it loose and flopping around....I was like noooooo thats not how we do things. I surgically cut the glue on the backing reglued the hockey stick and glued it all back together while she watched and now I'll wrap and make a custom box and ship it. She was very impressed and grateful since its a gift for her grandson. Oh and I fixed it free just to see her smile.
