Customer said the batteries didn't hold a charge. The batteries are lead acid, and were very low on water. Top off water in all 6 batteries and run a few charge cycles. The 'shore' charger onboard is not a 3 stage so it just cooks the batteries.

Dump trailer was not working. Battery connections were broken, wires loose all over the trailer. The bad connections created high resistance and then high voltage, burning up the solenoid that runs the pump.
