Here’s what we do...

Access Amazon.com on your mobile device
Go to Your Orders
Choose the item you are returning
Select Return/Refund Status
Cancel your return, Confirm Cancel, then press Back
Restart your return
Answer Why are you returning this
Choose How you want to refund to come (Amazon account balance or Credit Card)
How will you mail your return
Choose UPS Drop Off Point (We are not The UPS Store)
Confirm return
Select email to friend
Type in [email protected] and send
We’ll print your label

It’s a lot of steps but it’s better than driving to Boiling Springs, Spartanburg or Hendersonville
