Titan Industrial Plastics LLC is looking for an outside sales representative!

Titan Industrial Plastics LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing plastic manufacturing company based in Lancaster, Ohio. We create special order products using computer driven CNC and Laser equipment. We use American made materials and recycle our waste. We believe in providing our customers with exceptional service by going out of our way to meet expectations. We also believe it is important to allow our employees to have independence and the opportunity to work together with us to learn all aspects of product creation.
The Position: Outside Sales Representative
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Hourly pay is based on experience with the possibility of commission-based bonuses.
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of plastics or related materials is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industrial events or meetings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Titan Industrial Plastics' diverse product line.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
