Our 2026 Spring Start-Up Meeting is here, and we’re excited to kick things off with all of you.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just getting started, this is your chance to get the latest updates, spend time with the M&J team, and connect with fellow drivers—meet some new faces and catch up with familiar ones.

**Tomorrow’s Details (Saturday April 18th):**
• ⏰ Doors open at 8:00 AM
• 🎤 Speakers begin at 9:00 AM sharp, Don't be late!
• 📍 M&J Trucking Co - 20000 Kenrick Ave, Lakeville, MN - Inside R&K Repair Shop, come in the man door near the garage doors!
• 🍽 Lunch provided

We’ll cover everything you need heading into the season—updates, safety, expectations, and more—and give you time to ask questions and get connected before things ramp up.

We are deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Jon Nickolay, known to many of us as “Woodchuck.”

Jon drove side dump for both Sand Creek and M&J for many years and was a valued part of our crew. He was a friend to many, a jokester who could always get people laughing, hardworking, and truly one of the good guys. Job sites won’t be the same without him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jon’s family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Rest easy, Woodchuck. You will be greatly missed and always remembered. ❤️
