This is what taking care of customers looks like…

Less than 24 hours after receiving the initial call from a valued customer, we had this 66” wide bucket elevator slit, cut to length, punched, packaged, and now on its way to North Carolina for a Monday delivery.

The real heroes are our shop team. Not only in the belt shop, but across all divisions at Applied Power Products, Inc. Their sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment makes moments like this possible.

I’m incredibly proud of our team and effort they put in every day to meet and exceed our customers requirements. This is teamwork at its best.

Today we celebrate Rich Qualheim as he transitions into a well‑deserved semi‑retirement after many impactful years as our VP of Sales. While Rich is stepping back from his full‑time role, we’re grateful he’ll continue contributing part‑time and sharing his invaluable expertise with our sales team.

We’re also excited to welcome Scott Eng as our new Vice President of Sales. Scott brings deep experience, fresh perspective, and a strong commitment to our customers and team.

Please join us in congratulating Rich on this new chapter—and in welcoming Scott to his new leadership role!

Another day onsite! Thank you to Matt Thomsen and Flexco for your assistance with the install of a new Super-Screw splice on a valued customers barge conveyor. Flexco not only installed but also trained the millwrights for future installations. This fastener is a great alternative to hot vulcanized splices.

Applied Power Products, Inc. has a number of ways to provide you production representative prototypes for molded, machined or die-cut parts.

One popular prototype method is to utilize one of our multiple water-jets for turn-around in 2 to 3 weeks or less.
