At Transervice, going above and beyond isn't just a phrase—it's something our employees live every day.
In January of this year, an unprecedented winter storm left a thick layer of ice on top of a shopping center where Transervice driver, Torrin Isom, was scheduled to make a delivery.
Despite the unfavorable conditions, Torrin worked tirelessly to ensure the delivery was made on time. Even once the delivery was made, Torrin worked alongside the warehouse team, shoveling ice and spreading salt in freezing temperatures to help keep operations running. All with a smile on his face.
It's this kind of determination, professionalism, and commitment that makes a difference—not just for our customers, but for the teammates who count on each other every day.
