For 30 years, Kevin Allen has served as Office Manager at the Madison Parish Port in Tallulah, Louisiana. Throughout his time with Terral RiverService, he has played an important role in the growth and success of the Madison Parish Port operation. From operating the scales to overseeing building operations and dispatching trucks and barges, Kevin’s hard work, dedication, and commitment have been instrumental to our continued success. We sincerely appreciate all that Kevin has contributed over the past three decades and are grateful for his years of outstanding service.

WIMOs held their annual S***t Shooting Tournament last week, which is a networking and fundraising event that brings industry professionals together, with over 80 teams and more than 300 people in attendance.

WIMOs (Women in Maritime Organization) is a group dedicated to supporting, connecting, and advancing women working in the maritime industry through networking, education, and advocacy.

Terral was proud to send two of our very own ladies along with other Terral team members. Pictured here is our Director of HR, Bethany Stanley and our Liquid Division Safety and Compliance Manager, Beckie Caplan.

Please join us in welcoming Philip Windham as Terral’s new Lake Providence Site Manager.

Philip brings a strong and diverse background, including 18 years with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and experience in pipeline inspection. He also owned and operated a trucking company from 2019 to 2026 and is currently co-owner of Pioneer Roasted Grain. We’re excited to have Philip on board and look forward to the leadership and experience he brings to the Lake Providence site.

⭐️ Employee of the month, Audra Skipper ⭐️

Audra Skipper’s leadership and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact at Terral. As Controller, she manages our accounting department while also serving as office manager for our Lake Providence office. Her leadership in successfully implementing the Scaleit digital ticket and inventory system across our rock yards has been a major step forward for our operations. We are grateful for her hard work and proud to recognize her as our March Featured Employee of the Month, especially as she approaches her 10-year anniversary with the company this summer. Thank you for all you do!
