These people decided to go cheaper and buy a USED lift from an INDIVIDUAL, we DID NOT SELL THE LIFT TO THEM or we would have gladly taken care of the issue. We offered to service the lift and they only approved the arm bolts be replaced. They called on a Holiday weekend wanting me to come fix it for free. I told them i didn’t sell the lift so i cant fix it for free. Then they started threatening me that if we didn’t do it for free that they would blast me on FB.

We take care of our clients, the ones mad either want to pay 1/2 because “uncle Joe is cheaper” or are other profiles from the same people.

Always the Facebook threat.
