We have an opening in our Flat/step-deck division.. we are a family business located in north central Florida that takes pride in knowing we treat our team members with a respect, consideration, and compensation that goes above and beyond industry standards.. our OTR drivers are out 3-4 weeks with 1 paid week off. (None of our team members are punished for taking their week off by not getting a check).. we run legal compliant none dispatched freight.. our team members can accept or decline any Load put forth as well as set their own load and unload times in most cases.. their is no calls from a stressful dispatcher pushing unrealistic loads..
