Start with a margarita in Mexico, ride Gran Fiesta Tour, and stroll around World Showcase.

Happy World Otter Day, especially to the Asian small-clawed otters living in Otter Grotto at Disney’s Animal Kingdom - Kevin, Mae, and their pups Butternut, Biscuit and Potato 🌳

If you know me, you know I love otters of all kinds. Celebrated globally on the last Wednesday of May, World Otter Day was created by the International Otter Survival Fund to help raise awareness for all 13 otter species and the threats they face, including habitat loss and the illegal pet trade. Asian small-clawed otters, like the adorable family at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, are actually the smallest otter species in the world 🦦

Otter Grotto is located on Discovery Island, right across the way from Pizzafari.

We added one night in a Resort View Club Level room at Disney’s Beach Club Resort after our Polynesian stay, and it completely stole the show ✨

Cape May Cafe breakfast (because any day that starts with Mickey waffles is a good day), complementary chocolates for each of us at Club Level check-in, cozy lounge views, and Stormalong Bay made it such a relaxing way to cap off a trip that started with a few snags.

The Stone Harbor Club Cast Members were incredible, and the Crescent Lake atmosphere with easy access to EPCOT and the BoardWalk already has me wanting to book another stay there… or make it my DVC home resort someday 🫣🐚

A week ago today ✨ I used to loveeee Hollywood Studios, idk why it doesn’t do it for me anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lunch at the Brown Derby and the Villains show were definitely the highlights of the few hours we spent there! Maybe I just miss GMR, the Muppets Courtyard and the Streets of America too much 🫣
