Our final vacation day was the perfect ending to an unforgettable adventure. ❤️🇬🇧

Back in London, we squeezed in a few more bucket-list stops before it was time to head home. We visited MinaLima, explored Platform 9¾ at King’s Cross Station, admired the stunning St. Pancras Station and its beautiful hotel, and wandered through the shops and streets of Covent Garden.

That evening, we enjoyed one last incredible view of Big Ben from our hotel, a fitting farewell to a city that had been such an amazing part of this journey.

Before our flight home, we relaxed in the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Heathrow, the perfect place to unwind and reflect on everything we’d experienced over the past two weeks. From castles and cathedrals to cruise ports, breathtaking coastlines, and so many unforgettable memories, this British Isles adventure is one we’ll be talking about for years to come.

Our final port of call on our British Isles cruise brought us to Portland, England—and what an incredible way to end the journey! 🇬🇧🥾🌊

We traded city streets for coastal trails as we made the hike to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Calling it a “walk” might be a bit generous… it was definitely more of a hike! 😅 But every step was worth it.

The dramatic cliffs, turquoise water, and breathtaking views made this one of the most beautiful landscapes we saw on the entire trip. Standing at Durdle Door and looking out over England’s Jurassic Coast was the perfect reminder that some of the best travel experiences come after a little hard work.

It was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable cruise filled with history, culture, incredible scenery, and memories we’ll treasure forever. ❤️

Our next stop brought us to the charming city of Waterford, and it definitely lived up to its reputation! 🇮🇪✨

The highlight of the day was touring the world-famous Waterford Crystal Factory. Watching skilled artisans transform molten glass into stunning works of art was fascinating, and of course we couldn’t leave without bringing home a few beautiful pieces to remember the experience.

We also stepped back in time to learn about Waterford’s Viking roots and had the chance to see a Viking boat, a reminder of the city’s incredible history dating back over 1,000 years. It’s amazing how every stop on this journey has offered something completely different, and Waterford was no exception.

Our day in Dublin was the perfect mix of history, shopping, and a little Disney magic! 🇮🇪✨

We started our morning exploring the beautiful campus of Trinity College, soaking in the history and stunning architecture before making our way through the city. One of my favorite stops was the Disney Store (because is it really a trip without a little Disney? 😉), and of course we couldn’t resist picking up a few souvenirs along the way.

We also stopped by St. Andrew’s Church, a beautiful and peaceful place that added another layer of history and charm to our day. Dublin has such an inviting atmosphere, and it was so much fun wandering its streets and discovering something new around every corner.

Another incredible day on this adventure, and we’re not done yet! More memories to come. 💚☘️

🇬🇧 Belfast was the stop I was most excited about on this trip…and it absolutely did not disappoint.

Our day started at the Titanic Experience, and it was so much more than a museum. Learning about Belfast’s shipbuilding history and the story of the Titanic while seeing real artifacts from the ship made everything feel incredibly real. It gave us a whole new appreciation for the people who built her and the city she called home.

From there, we explored Belfast itself, including the Peace (Freedom) Walls. It was a powerful reminder of the city’s past and how far it has come. Walking through the streets and seeing the history firsthand is something we’ll never forget.

Then came the highlight of the day, Giant’s Causeway. Pictures don’t even begin to capture how beautiful it is. Standing on those incredible rock formations with the waves crashing nearby was one of those moments where you just stop, look around, and soak it all in.

This day had everything I was hoping for! From history, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable moments. Belfast exceeded every expectation and will definitely be one of my favorite memories from this trip. ❤️

🎶 Port of Call: Liverpool 🇬🇧

Liverpool was an unforgettable stop on our British Isles cruise! We hired a local taxi driver who showed us all the city’s must-see sights, making the most of our time in port.

We explored some of the most iconic Beatles landmarks, including a drive down the famous Penny Lane and a stop outside The Cavern Club, where the Fab Four’s legendary journey began. 🎸

Our tour also took us to Liverpool’s two stunning cathedrals—each with its own unique architecture and history—and we got to admire even more of the city’s beautiful landmarks along the way.

Liverpool perfectly blends music, history, and culture, and it quickly became one of our favorite ports of the trip. If you’re a Beatles fan, this city is an absolute must-visit!

We spent the day wandering through the city, taking in the beautiful scenery along the Ness Islands, admiring the iconic Inverness Castle, and exploring the historic Victorian Market. One of the best parts? Sampling some delicious local Scottish fare while soaking up the welcoming atmosphere.

Every port has its own unique charm, and Inverness definitely delivered with its rich history, stunning river views, and cozy local shops. Another unforgettable day on our British Isles adventure! ❤️

🇬🇧 Day 1 in London is in the books! ✈️

After arriving this morning, we started the day relaxing in the American Airlines Arrivals Lounge before dropping our bags at the hotel and heading straight out to explore.

Today we:
👑 Visited the Tower of London and saw the incredible Crown Jewels
🌉 Walked across the iconic Tower Bridge
🏙️ Took in views of The Shard and The Gherkin
🍽️ Enjoyed an amazing lunch and gelato at Borough Market
⏰ Stopped by Big Ben and the London Eye
😴 Recharged with a quick nap before heading back out for dinner and a little shopping.

We’re definitely feeling the jet lag, but what an incredible first day! London is already living up to the hype, and we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings…
