Honest question: would you do Pinocchio’s Daring Journey at Disneyland? 🪵

This is one of those dark rides that people either love or completely forget to put on their list — and I think it deserves way more attention.

You hop aboard a woodcarver’s cart and follow Pinocchio through the whole story — the puppet show, Pleasure Island, Jiminy Cricket trying his best, Stromboli, and Monstro the Whale waiting at the end. It’s classic dark ride storytelling done really well.

There’s a Blue Fairy effect in the ride that is genuinely stunning — one of those moments where you stop and go “wait, how did they DO that?” Worth the whole ride in my opinion. ✨

You walk through her actual home: the foyer, living room, bedroom, kitchen, and backyard. Every room has interactive details and little surprises hiding everywhere, including notes and photos to Mickey. 🩷

FUN FACT: Minnie has her own wishing well in the backyard with a plaque that invites you to whisper a secret wish — it echoes back to you!

Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland expanded its timeline to include multiple eras of Star Wars — meaning you can now experience the Galactic Civil War, the New Republic, AND the Age of the Resistance all in one land.

🚀 BUZZ LIGHTYEAR ASTRO BLASTERS: hop in a space cruiser, take down Zurg, and track your points on the dashboard — the goal is Galactic Hero status. Disneyland park, Tomorrowland

If you’re a Haunted Mansion fan and you haven’t done Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I need you to listen very closely. 👀

The Mansion gets its whole moment during this party — and it starts before you even walk through the door. Live graveyard performers like Miss Carlotta, Madam Renatta, and Broome the Butler are out front cracking jokes and staying fully in character. It’s genuinely one of my favorite things at any Disney event.

Then during the Boo-to-You Parade, the graveyard diggers, Hitchhiking Ghosts, and ballroom dancers all come down Main Street. The crowd goes absolutely feral for the diggers and honestly? Same.

AND during the MNSSHP fireworks, the ballroom dancers get their own special segment on the castle. The Haunted Mansion content does not stop.

The ride itself stays the same, but everything around it? Chef’s kiss. 🖤🎃
