I love saving money at Disney. Like… deeply. 😂
I will always look at the dates, compare resorts, check the promos, talk through the budget, and help you decide what is actually worth spending on.
But sometimes?
The splurge makes sense.
A perfect example: Club Level at Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Is it the cheapest option? No.
But for the right family, it can be a really smart upgrade.
With Club Level, you get access to the Chronos Club, which can include things like:
light breakfast options
snacks throughout the day
evening bites
desserts
drinks
a quieter place to relax
extra support from Club Level Cast Members
And when you think about what families can spend on breakfast, snacks, drinks, and “we just need somewhere calm for a minute” moments… that upgrade can start to feel a lot more valuable.
Especially for families who want a more relaxed resort experience without jumping all the way to deluxe resort pricing.
This is why I do not believe in “always book the cheapest thing.”
I believe in spending where it actually improves your trip.
Sometimes that means a value resort.
Sometimes that means packing snacks and skipping sit-down meals.
And sometimes that means choosing Club Level because the convenience, food, drinks, and calmer space are worth it for your family.
The goal is not the cheapest Disney trip.
The goal is the Disney trip that makes the most sense for your budget, your priorities, and your actual family.
