🌐✨ Foodies, it’s not too late to hit up the Epcot Food & Wine Festival! 🥂🎉 This culinary paradise is open until November 23, so book a quick trip to indulge in this year’s amazing flavors. Here’s what I loved:
🍽 Macatizers:
Truffle Mac & Cheese - 9/10: Creamy pasta with real truffle shavings and a crispy breadcrumb layer. Rich flavor with a touch of garlic, but I wished for a bit more cheesiness!
Beer Flight: Something for every brew-lover:
🍺 Raspberry Wheat Ale - 10/10: Fruity and refreshing, perfect for warm days.
🎃 Pumpkin Bourbon Barrel Ale - 10/10: A cozy, spiced treat for fall vibes.
🍻 Vinifera Velvet Lager - 6/10: Smooth and malty, a great choice if you’re into heavier beers.
🍗 Brew-Wing Lab:
PB&J Wings - 10/10: Sweet & savory perfection with peanut butter and a hint of jelly. Crumbled peanuts give a nice crunch!
Garlic Parmesan Wings - 9/10: Classic and cheesy, with a hint of garlic. Could use a touch more crispiness, but still delicious!
🍹 Mexico Booth:
Mango Sunrise Margarita - 8/10: A smoky mezcal kick with a chili-lime rim; could use a bit more mango, but perfect for mezcal fans.
Poblano Margarita - 10/10: Agave sweetness with a hint of poblano. Smooth and flavorful for margarita purists!
🍜 The Noodle Exchange:
Ramen with Shaved Beef - 3/10: Soy sauce flavor was overpowering, but the beef was tender.
Thai Shrimp in Coconut Curry - 7/10: Coconut curry with plump shrimp and subtle spice—delicious but could use more lime!
🌺 Hawaii Booth:
Pork Slider & Hawaiian Rice Bowl - 10/10: The slider has tender pork, pineapple chutney, and spicy mayo, while the rice bowl is comfort food with Spam, egg, and furikake.
Orange Mango Guava Hazy IPA - Light, juicy, and tropical—perfect for a sunny festival day!
