Dole whip day! Stoooooop, don’t get me started! One of my favorite treats made even better with booze, if you’re into that kinda thing (🙋🏻‍♀️)

And the frozen margarita with lime dole whip at the Barefoot pool bar at the Polynesian (peep that chili-lime rim)🌶

The holidays at Disney are ✨unmatched✨
There’s nothing like being on Main Street, or my personal fav, Sunset Boulevard during the Holiday Season🎄
The giant Christmas trees everywhere, the lights, the over the top decorations, the SNOAP(it snows in Florida, y’all!), the magic, all of it!
And best of all, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is returning this year on select nights from November 8-December 22. A stage show, fireworks, a parade, cocoa and cookies, the world famous Jingle Cruise, and of course Santa🎅🏻
One of my favorite events to get in the Holiday spirit🎁🎄🤶🏻🌟

The topiaries that are out during Epcot’s Flower and Garden festival are phenomenal. They’re a big part of what makes this springtime event my favorite (sorry Food and Wine)festival every year. This year Flower and Garden started in early March and runs until early July! The flowers and the views are absolutely beautiful! Sometimes my favorite way to end a long day at the parks is to grab a margarita from La Cava and just walk around world showcase, looking at all the different character topiaries 🌸🌻🪷

Threw in that last of Spaceship Earth because she’s a beaut and I can’t help myself🌎

MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU! Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios is one of my favorite places in all of Walt Disney World. Here on Batuu you can fight with the Resistance (or against it if that’s your speed), fly the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy, and hangout in a space bar, drinking bubbling and mouth numbing cocktails that are out of this world, all in one day!✨

TRAVEL DAY!
I’ll be honest, my favorite day of any trip is the travel day. We try not to go to a park on the day we get here and instead make a dining reservation at one of our favorite hotels or Disney Springs restaurants. Today we had dinner at Sanaa’, one of the best restaurants on property in my opinion(bread service!!), and then ended the night at Victoria Falls bar for a quick nightcap. Sometimes having too many things planned on your arrival day can be overwhelming, so we try not to over do it. We’ll save that for park days!😂🏰

National Gluten Free Day!

Eating gluten free in Disney World is honestly one of my favorite parts of going. So many options🙌🏼
My personal advice for dining out with dietary restrictions as someone who has Celiac is to advocate for yourself! It’s your trip, your money, and your experience, you want to enjoy it as much as possible. Ask to speak with a chef if you have questions. I’ve had chefs make me things off menu, you never know!
Here are some of my favorite gluten free finds:

Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom🦒🍹
Naturally Gluten free churros with vanilla crema and Chili-Strawberry dipping sauces

Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom
“Tastes like chicken!” Because it is.🍗🍚
Naturally gluten free crispy fried chicken, stir fried veggies, rice, and a chili glaze.

Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge-Kidani Village🐘🫓
Indian style bread service, normally comes with 5 different flavors of Naan, but they switch it out with “allergy friendly” Naan for a gluten allergy. Comes with 9 sauces, my fav is the Tamarind Chutney!

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC at Disney Springs🧁
Gluten free heaven. Everything at this bakery is gluten free and vegan. Donuts, cupcakes, coffee cake, tea cakes, the list goes on. Everything is delicious, regardless if you have a dietary restriction or not.

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge- Jambo House🧇🐭
Always speak with a chef! The buffet at Boma doesn’t look like a lot but once the chef came out and spoke to me, he brought back a plethora of gluten free goodies for me to dig into that weren’t listed! Gluten free Mickey waffles, donuts, muffins, and an actual mountain of tots.

Bacon and Eggs🥓🍳
Maple pork belly, smoked cheese grits, and a perfect egg

Satuli Canteen at Animal Kingdom🍲
Build your own bowl, my personal favorite quick service on property and a must do for me every trip! Pick your protein, base, and sauce. My go to is the beef, rice and beans, and the creamy herb sauce.

Port Orleans-French Quarter🎭
Gluten free beignets. Amazing. Ask to speak with a chef and they’ll make them in a separate fryer.
