✨ GRAN DESTINO TOWER ROOM TOUR ✨

Standard 2 Queen Bed Room

Now it’s time to step inside Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs! 🏨✨

This is a standard 2 Queen bed room, and I was really impressed with how beautiful and spacious it felt.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

🛏️ 2 Queen Beds
🚿 Large, beautiful walk-in shower
🪞 Double vanity
🧳 Plenty of storage space
💻 Large desk/work area
✨ Beautiful, modern finishes throughout

The bathroom was definitely one of my favorite parts. The large shower and double vanity give the room a really nice, elevated feel.

And if you’re someone who worries about where you’re going to put ALL the stuff that comes with a Disney vacation… 😂 — there’s plenty of storage in this room.

One really cool detail about this particular room:

👀 Room 0431 connects to a Concierge Suite!

That could be a really interesting setup for families or larger groups who want to stay close together while having different room configurations.

Overall, I thought this was a beautiful standard room option and a great example of why Gran Destino Tower feels a little different from what you might expect from a Moderate Resort.

And this isn’t the only room I toured…

✨ Next up: the Club Level room!

I’ll take you inside and show you what changes when you upgrade to Club Level at Gran Destino.

🚢✨ OKAY… We have the details!

I watched the reveal and there is A LOT to be excited about. 👀

Here’s the quick rundown of what we know so far about Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship:

🚢 THE SHIP
The Disney Believe will make her maiden voyage December 18, 2027, sailing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

She’ll sail 4- and 5-night Bahamas & Caribbean itineraries— which means shorter Disney cruises are about to have a VERY exciting new option. 🌴

✨ THE MAGIC
The Grand Hall is inspired by Moana, complete with an incredible ocean-inspired chandelier featuring the Heart of Te Fiti.

And Disney is bringing SO many familiar favorites onboard…

🦊 Zootopia — Meet Nick & Judy and check out the new multi-level entertainment space inspired by Zootopia.

🌺 Encanto — Disney is bringing the world’s first stage adaptation of Encanto to the Walt Disney Theatre!
-I am super excited about this! Not gonna lie, I was hoping for an Encanto themed restaurant, but I will definitely take a show! I bet this is going to be fantastic!

❄️ Frozen — Oaken’s Table will be a brand-new immersive Frozen family dining experience.
-I was surprised about this one! Since the Wish class already has a Frozen themed restaurant, I was not expecting another one.

🌊 Moana — Her story is woven throughout the Grand Hall.

👻 Haunted Mansion — The Haunted Mansion Parlor is returning! So fun!

🏰 Snow White — Wishing Well will be a new Snow White-inspired lounge.

🧜‍♀️ The Little Mermaid — Sea Notes will be a Little Mermaid-inspired piano bar.
-I already imagine myself singing "Poor unfortunate souls" at the top of my lungs here! 😂

🧠 Inside Out — Inside Out: Joyful Sweets will be a new sweets shop inspired by Inside Out 2.

☕ COFFEE LOVERS, PAY ATTENTION
Two new spots are coming:
☕ Big Hero Sips (how cute!!)
☕ Café Kakamora

🎭 MORE ENTERTAINMENT
Tangled: The Musical is getting a completely reimagined production with new sets and special effects.

✨ AND THE SUITES…
The Believe will introduce:
👑 Two new Royal Suites — Royal Reef & Royal Rose
🏰 A brand-new Believe Tower Suite that sleeps up to 8 guests and is inspired by the lands of Magic Kingdom! As someone who is a Walt Disney World park girly at heart- I am so excited to see this!

🍹 FOR THE ADULTS
And yes… Disney didn't forget about you. 😉

Skygazers is a brand-new observatory-inspired pub, joining the ship's lineup of adult spaces.

📅 WHEN CAN YOU BOOK?

General booking opens October 19, 2026.
And you KNOW I’ll be watching this one closely as more details, itineraries and pricing become available. 👀

Because if you’ve ever said, “I want to try a Disney cruise, but I don’t want to commit to a week…”

👀 Disney Believe might be one to watch.

✨ RESORT TOUR: Disney’s Coronado Springs | PART 2 ✨

If you thought Gran Destino Tower was beautiful from the ground, wait until you get to the top. 👀

One of my favorite things I learned during our tour was just how much there is happening on the upper floors of Gran Destino Tower.

🍸 Dahlia Lounge

Located on the top floor, Dahlia Lounge is a beautiful spot to grab a drink, relax and take in the views.

And here’s a fun detail that makes it an easy stop:

You don’t need a reservation to visit Dahlia Lounge.

If you’re staying at Coronado Springs, you can head up and enjoy the lounge.

The space itself continues the Spanish-inspired design of Gran Destino, with details throughout that tie back to the resort’s story and Salvador Dalí.

🍽️ Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood

Also located on the top floor is Toledo, a tapas-style restaurant featuring steak and seafood.

Reservations are required, and Toledo can accommodate groups of up to 30 people, making it an option worth knowing about if you’re traveling with a larger group.

But the food isn’t the only reason to make a reservation…

✨ THE VIEWS.

Because you’re dining high above the resort, you can potentially see toward EPCOT and Hollywood Studios from the top-floor restaurants.

And if you’re dining in the evening, you may even have the opportunity to see nighttime entertainment from a completely different perspective.

Depending on your view and timing, you may be able to catch Luminous at EPCOT or views of Fantasmic! at Hollywood Studios.

Imagine enjoying dinner, looking out over Walt Disney World, and catching fireworks or nighttime entertainment in the distance. ✨

That’s a pretty special way to spend an evening at your resort.

And there’s still one more thing that makes Coronado Springs particularly unique…

👀 Part 3: Club Level at Coronado Springs

Because this Moderate Resort offers something you won’t find at any of the other Moderate Resorts at Walt Disney World.

And I’ll be breaking that down next!

✨ RESORT TOUR: Disney’s Coronado Springs | PART 1 ✨

Next up on the resort tour is Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!

This one is a little extra special to me because I’ve stayed here a couple of times — and I’ve also attended nursing conferences here. So I’ve experienced Coronado Springs in a few different ways!

And it will always be one of my favorite Disney resorts. ❤️

Coronado Springs is a Moderate Resort, but it has a feel that goes beyond what you might expect from a Moderate.

Especially when you step into Gran Destino Tower.

✨ Gran Destino Tower

The tower was inspired by Barcelona, and there’s some really fascinating Disney history behind the theming.

Back in the 1940s, Walt Disney and Salvador Dalí worked together on an animated project. Much of the original project was lost, but pieces were rediscovered in the early 2000s. Those pieces eventually became the short film Destino.

You’ll find elements inspired by Destino throughout Gran Destino Tower, which gives the resort another layer of history and storytelling.

And the tower itself?

Absolutely beautiful.

🏊‍♀️ The Feature Pool

Coronado Springs’ feature pool opened in 2019 and is themed around the Lost City of Cibola, complete with the incredible Mayan pyramid centerpiece.

It’s one of those Disney pools where the theming really makes it feel like you’re somewhere completely different.

But the resort doesn’t stop there…

Next up, we’re heading to the top of Gran Destino Tower — because that’s where things get REALLY interesting. 👀

➡️ Part 2 will cover the dining, rooftop views, and something that makes Coronado Springs VERY unique among Disney’s Moderate Resorts.

And later, I’ll be sharing full Gran Destino Tower room tours, including both a standard room AND a Club Level room!

Stay tuned! ✨

🎨 Next stop: Disney’s Art of Animation!

After touring Port Orleans Riverside, we headed over to Art of Animation and were treated to lunch at Landscape of Flavors😋

I had the Pork & Chicken Southwest Bowl and it was a 10/10. Bright flavors, super filling, and exactly what I needed after a busy morning! 🌶️🥗

And then came dessert… a beautiful Finding Nemo-themed carrot cake cheesecake! 🐠🥕🍰

Of course, I needed something to drink too — so a BodyArmor was the perfect way to replace some of those lost electrolytes after running around all morning. 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️💦

Thank you, Disney Destinations, for the much-needed refuel stop at such a fun resort! 💚

Now… back to being a sponge and soaking up ALL the Disney knowledge! ✨🏰

🎨✨ Next stop on the Disney Destinations Tour: Art of Animation!

We all know the theming at this resort is over the top — and every time I’m here, I’m reminded just how incredibly fun it is! The giant characters, bright colors and larger-than-life details really make this resort feel like you’ve stepped right into the movies. 🐠🦁🧜‍♀️

One fun little fact I learned: The Little Mermaid is the only section of Art of Animation with standard rooms because those buildings were originally planned as part of the second phase of Disney’s Pop Century Resort before the plans changed, and they ultimately became part of Art of Animation.

I also got to tour a Lion King Family Suite, and this one was a little bittersweet for me. 🥹

My little guy is SUCH a Lion King fan, so being here without him definitely made this mama’s heart a little sad. 😢 But I’m also so grateful I got the opportunity to see it and learn more about what makes these rooms so special.

And can we talk about TWO bathrooms?! 🙌🏼

For a family of four, five or six, I can already imagine how much easier getting ready for the parks would be with that extra bathroom!

And then there’s The Big Blue Pool. 💙🐠

This pool is HUGE — it holds more than 310,000 gallons of water and is the largest resort pool at Walt Disney World!

And here’s a fun one: put your ears underwater! 🎶🐠 The pool has underwater audio, so you can hear music and character sounds while you’re swimming!

No slides. No crazy water coaster. Just a MASSIVE, ridiculously fun Finding Nemo experience that I can see kids absolutely loving.

Art of Animation is definitely the resort that brings the peak excitement for kids. The theming alone is enough to make them stop and stare around every corner!

I’m including some pictures from around the resort so you can enjoy a little bit of the magic with me. 📸✨

And stay tuned for a full Lion King Family Suite room tour because there are some really fun details I can’t wait to show you! 🦁👀

I’m still in full sponge mode, soaking up ALL the information I can and bringing it home with me! 💚
