This family originally booked their Disney vacation themselves and had a stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort on the books!

But they recently transferred their reservation to me, which means I can now be their Disney resource from here all the way through their trip!

And this is one of my favorite things to tell people: You don't necessarily have to book with a travel advisor from day one to have one help you!

Things over here sure have been 📈BUSY for me and my clients!

The B Family has officially booked for a magical Christmas stay at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort— and they’re staying in the Cars Family Suites!🏁✨

For a larger or multigenerational family, these suites can be such a great option because you get more space, two bathrooms, and separate sleeping areas without having to book completely separate rooms. And of course…you’re surrounded by all the fun of Radiator Springs! ❤️🚘

This is exactly why I love helping families choose the *right* Disney resort for their specific travel party. Just because a resort was good for your friend, doesn’t mean it’s going to be good for your needs- and I’m here to help you figure those decisions (and more) out!

Our HONEST review of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! 👻🎃

We went a couple of weeks ago, and I can officially say… we LOVED it. And honestly, I wasn’t expecting some of the things we ended up loving the most!

FIRST, what exactly is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?
It’s a special separately ticketed Halloween event at Magic Kingdom held on select nights during the fall. Once the party starts, the park transforms into a full-on Halloween celebration with special entertainment, characters you don’t normally see, trick-or-treating throughout the park, Halloween treats, costumes, decorations, and shorter wait times for many attractions.

⬇️Here’s what our favorite things were:

👿 Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
My oldest is super into the Disney villains, so getting to see so many of them out and about was a HUGE hit. There’s something about seeing the villains in Halloween mode that just makes the whole night feel extra fun.
The Hocus Pocus show at the castle was probably one of my favorite parts. It’s one of those things that feels very “Disney Halloween” and was absolutely worth staying for.

🎢 THE RIDE WAIT TIMES
This might honestly be one of the biggest perks. 😂 Everything we rode was basically 5–20 minutes. Being able to walk onto rides all night instead of spending half the party standing in line? YES PLEASE.

🍬 Trick-or-treat trails
While this is so fun, it was pretty low on our priority list. BUT The boys had a blast going through the different trails and collecting candy… and apparently we collected enough because we are STILL eating it. 😂🍭

🎃 And it really is “Not-So-Scary.”
If you have younger kids who love Halloween but aren’t ready for anything *too* creepy, I think this is such a fun middle ground. There are spooky elements, villains and Halloween entertainment, but it still feels very kid-friendly with the regular characters you know and love. (Extra points from my family for the Powerline Max sighting- IYKYK! ⚡️)

🎟️ It is a separate-ticket event, so if you're planning a Disney trip and wondering whether it's worth adding, that's actually something I'd be happy to help you figure out. It isn't automatically the right choice for every family or every trip!

But for our family?

10/10. Would eat questionable amounts of Halloween candy and run on rides all night all over again. 😂🎃

We just got back from a visit to Disney World. We stayed at Disney’s Yacht Club this time and I 10/10 recommend (it’s my new favorite!) ⚓️🛟🐭🦞✨

It felt like a little seaside escape tucked right into the magic. Perfect for an end of summer getaway!

🌊 Stormalong Bay is a vacation all on its own, boats whisk you off to the parks, AND you can walk to EPCOT or several other resorts… which means an evening stroll and a snack (or three 😉) is always within reach.
