The best beach clubs aren’t always the ones with the biggest names.

When I’m planning Europe itineraries for clients, I’m looking for places that fit the trip—not just what’s trending. Sometimes that’s an iconic lunch at La Fontelina in Capri and other times it’s a laid-back afternoon in Comporta or a hidden beach on Kea.

Disney character dining combines eating a meal with built-in, table-side character meet-and-greets. While it is a convenient way to meet multiple characters without waiting in long park lines, it comes with high costs and potential mealtime interruptions.

Disney character dining can definitely be worth it, but it all depends on the restaurant you choose…
