🪑Let’s Talk About It 🪑
I think that the Disney Believe is an excellent choice for those first time or occasional Disney Cruisers. It has all of the highlights of the other Wish Class ships.

However… as a regular Disney cruiser I find myself disappointed? I wanted something new and fresh. I wanted something that focused on all Disney fans more than just princess lovers.

Will I still sail this ship? Probably… at least once. It is my job to know the ins and the outs. But I won’t lie as a mom to two little boys this ship feels very underwhelming to me. We were excited about Buzz and Woody on the back of the ship. We were very excited about the Encanto stage show. But where is the rest of the Pixar representation? Where are the unique spaces that make my kids go ‘mommy I want to do that’? I’m intrigued and will wait to pass full judgement until I’m on the ship with my family experiencing these space.

When one of my clients booked her Disney Cruise Line sailing out of Vancouver, she had one non-negotiable request for her pre-cruise itinerary. As a huge fan of the TV show Once Upon A Time, she knew she could not pass up the chance to explore the real-life Storybrooke.

We added a few days in Steveston, British Columbia, a charming coastal fishing village located just south of Vancouver that doubled as the main backdrop for the show.

Strolling down Moncton Street makes you feel like you walked right into the series.
During her stay, she was able to check out iconic filming spots including:
📚The Cannery Cafe, which served as Granny's Diner
📚The exterior used for Mr. Gold’s Pawn Shop
📚The historic buildings along the main strip that doubled as the Storybrooke Post Office and Library
📚The scenic waterfront docks where so many pivotal harbour scenes were captured
