Has this ever happened to you?

I can’t explain how uncomfortable it was for this to happen in the desert. The maintenance man was not happy.. as if it was our fault that their plumbing wasn’t maintained. 😑

Cupcakes in a MICROWAVE?! 🤯

Our cooking situation was full of frustration:
-countertop appliances constantly tripping the breaker
-uneven baking in the oven and burning through more propane than we’d prefer..

So we switched to this 🔥 Convection Microwave from because RV kitchens don’t have room for appliances that can’t multitask like a boss!

BUT can it handle cupcakes - arguably the most important thing we bake?! 👀

What are your top tiny kitchen hacks?!

PS - the secret to dye free pink frosting — freeze dried strawberries! 🍓and we just had to swirl it with Nutella frosting

I’m all for being honest about experiences — even when it’s a “wouldn’t do again.”

Have you ever been? What did you think?

Just to clarify - We did the 4:00 ride special so a cafeteria meal is also included in the cost and the food was actually decent..

But maybe it would be better if we had gone earlier? It still would have been $116 without any food…

Would you ride it for that price with that view?! 🤔
