How does summer turn into winter THIS fast?! ☀️➡️❄️

These pictures of my boys feel like yesterday. One minute they were outside playing in the little pool, and the next we were bundled up playing in the snow. ❤️

The seasons change—and somehow the years go even faster.

It’s also a reminder that there’s always another travel season coming. Winter sunshine, a holiday getaway, a cruise, Disney, or maybe somewhere you can actually enjoy the snow…there are so many memories still waiting to be made.

Mulled w**e in hand, twinkling lights overhead, cobblestone streets, little wooden market stalls and Christmas everywhere you look. ✨

If experiencing Europe’s Christmas markets has been sitting on your bucket list, there is still time to make it happen this year.

This 8-day Europe Express journey takes you through three incredible cities:

🇭🇺 Budapest — Christmas markets along the Danube, Hungarian favorites and warm chimney cakes.

Throwback Thursday! One of the Disney rides I miss the most is Splash Mountain. It was always one of my favorites. 💦

The big drop was fun, but I loved everything about this ride—the music, all the different scenes and hearing “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah” along the way. Any Disney day that included Splash Mountain was a wonderful day!

I know Disney is always changing, but this is one attraction I really wish were still there.

Looking back at these photos makes me ready to step through those portals and experience it all again. The festive atmosphere, immersive worlds, incredible attractions and all the little details make Universal Epic Universe an unforgettable place to celebrate the season.

Some of the best cruise memories are the moments you never planned.

This was November 2018 in Philipsburg, St. Maarten. Dave and I were aboard Celebrity Equinox, with Captain Kate McCue at the helm.

As the ships prepared to leave port, the captains started their own battle of the horns—and it quickly became one of those fun little cruise moments we have never forgotten.

The ports and destinations are always special, but sometimes it’s an unexpected moment like this that becomes one of your favorite memories from the entire trip.

Does anyone else remember this little bit of Disney magic? 🎸

Back when Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith was still rocking at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there was a fun little detail you could easily miss.

As you made your way through the attraction, the “Worldwide Tour” poster would sometimes feature the name and hometown of a guest. You never knew whose name was going to show up—which made it pretty exciting when you suddenly recognized one.

On one of our mom-and-son Disney trips, we walked by and there it was…

Of course I had to get a picture! Such a random little moment, but all these years later, it’s something I still remember from that trip.

Disney is full of little details like this—the things you can easily walk right past when you’re rushing from one attraction to the next. Sometimes those unexpected little moments end up becoming some of the best memories.

Halloween on the High Seas has returned to Disney Cruise Line, and one of my favorite traditions is back with it — the incredible Halloween Trees that “haunt” the atrium of each ship.

This is Solara, the newest tree in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, found aboard the Disney Destiny. 👻

From Halloween décor and character costumes to special entertainment and plenty of not-so-scary fun, there’s something extra special about sailing Disney during the fall.

Did you know you can ride the Main Street Omnibus down Main Street, U.S.A.? 🚌✨

This classic double-decker bus is one of those Magic Kingdom experiences that’s easy to miss when you’re rushing from one attraction to the next.

Hop aboard, slow down and enjoy the ride toward Cinderella Castle. Take in the sights, the sounds, the crowds and everything happening along Main Street.

There’s so much more to Walt Disney World than checking attractions off a list. Sometimes slowing down and enjoying the little things can create some of the best memories.
