Every order moves through our warehouse management system (or WMS) and into a guided picking process — confirmed at every step, packed for shipment, and sent out with your choice of carrier, like UPS, USPS, or FedEx

This means fulfillment is taken care of for our customers.

Stepping into the future…🚀👓

Virtual reality video shooting happening at our KX1 warehouse recently to launch in the fall.

Our spring in-person, hands-on experiential class for students at UT is getting an upgrade.

Some parts of the class will be replicated so more students can learn and experience this class via virtual reality learning. UT offers resources like this for students as a part of their curriculum and class choices.

We’re honored to be a part of this, and we’ll be highlighting more to come. 🍊

1x per quarter we’ve been trying something new — a live Town Hall broadcast to all the warehouses.

We:
- Give department updates
- Share the highs and lows
- Highlight metrics & goals
- Enjoy a 🍦🍪🍕with the given warehouse that quarter

It’s not glamorous, but it’s been something we’ve been trying to make warehouses feel connected, spread culture, make each warehouse feel seen, and spend some quality time with the team at each location per quarter!

Had our Q2 one yesterday and it was fun!
