🔧 Experience in aircraft avionics installation, troubleshooting, wiring, and repair preferred
🛠️ Garmin experience is a huge plus
👨‍✈️ Strong leadership and positive attitude wanted

From day one, Elysha has put in the work. Starting with us at just 14, showing up, learning, and chasing a goal that not many have the discipline to stick with…

And now—her first solo.
