I want to WARN ALL THOSE THAT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH NEXT LEVEL AUTO IN TALBOTT, TN (former Lethal Performance garage).
I had work done with them that cost over $1700.00. That work was to be warrantied. When their work failed, they have tried to come up with other reasons that it failed so that they can get labor again for work already performed. They made several assumptions as to why it failed without knowing what it is, and tried to get me to see if the Ford Motor Company would pay for their labor for them to fix their failure. I also had an alignment done there and within 2 months, my two front tires (new) were worn almost slick on the outer edges. When I showed it to them, they ADMITTED that their alignment machine was bad and did not have the proper software in the machine, but refused to reimburse for cost of the labor or the damaged tires.
After showing them the current oil leak I have that was supposed to be warrantied, they have come up with multiple excuses as to the cause. They also have told me that they can’t even get to it until next week sometime, which they know is unacceptable due to the damage that is done. That is so I would take it somewhere else to have done what they should have done under warranty.
This is a common scam that many mechanic shops do also.
