The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade✨

It’s super quick, but it’s packed with characters you don’t always see in the parks! If you’re someone who loves catching rare characters without waiting in long lines, this is such a fun moment to look out for.

Save this for your next trip so you don’t miss it!

Expedition Everest’s queue tells the story long before the ride does.

You start in the village of Serka Zong, where everyday life blends with legends of the Yeti. As you move through the trekking office and the Yeti Museum, the props shift from practical climbing gear to worn expedition notes and ‘evidence’ collected by explorers.

By the time you reach the tea train station, the story is fully in motion — a working rail line meant to transport tea through the Himalayas, now disrupted by something lurking in the mountains.

It’s one of Imagineering’s best examples of a queue that quietly builds a whole world around you.

Did you know Disney has collectible transportation cards?

You can ask Cast Members at the Skyliner, buses, boats, and monorails for them. They’re subject to availability and what that specific cast member has on them, but they’re totally free, come with fun facts on the back, and you can even trade them with other collectors. ✨

Have you ever seen these?

I’m obsessed with watching all the monkeys in Animal Kingdom, but one of my favorites are the siamangs.

If you ever hear a really weird noise when you’re over by Kali River Rapids, it’s probably these guys screaming at each other. 🥹

What’s your fav thing you’ve seen in Animal Kingdom?

One pin for every Disney trip🥹

When I became an Annual Passholder last year, I decided to start buying one pin that best represents my trip every time I go to Disney.

I had to backtrack a bit & do some searching on eBay, Mercari, Depop, etc. to find pins from my childhood trips, but everything 2025 and after was purchased on my recent vacas!

I’m not a pin trader (I’m worried it would become an obsession) but this is such a fun idea for an inexpensive souvenir and really makes you remember what was special about each of your trips. ✨❤️
