Ulster County Area Transit Providing Quality Transportation Throughout Ulster County To board bus, riders should hail bus with hand signal at any safe point on the bus route.

UCAT is a fixed route bus system with complementary paratransit service provided within 1 1/2 miles of our routes. Seniors, persons with disabilities and Medicare recipients may ride 1/2 fare during the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. Hours of operation M-F 5:00 am to 10:30 pm. Sat-Sun 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. ADA related complaints or ADA related reasonable modifications should be made to the director by calling 845-340-3335 or mail at 1 Danny Circle, Kingston NY 12401 with attention to director.
