I own a well-known bakery in Kingman, Az, Victoria’s Sugar Shack which started out as a mobile traveling vintage bakery that offers a variety of baked goods. I have been baking for over 30 years and started off in Bullhead City Az working my first jobs in Laughlin Nev. Where I was first introduced to baking and pastry by some great pastry chefs throughout the years before moving to Kingman. I bake
all kinds of deliciousness from breads to cakes to cookies to specialty diets including Keto, Vegan and gluten-free. I have won several awards including the Kingman’s People’s Choice Award in 2018-2019-2020-2022. in 2020 I was awarded by General Mills Neighborhood to nation contest a cash award and national reignition for an innovative recipe. Making a coffee cake recipe using day old donuts and pastries. My “Keto Bagel” product was also qualified for the 2019 IBIE BEST in Baking Program and has been selected for “Top Honors” in the Product Innovation in the Retail Bakery category. With my newest Addition to Victoria’s Sugar Shack, I restored a 1966 C10 delivery panel truck and recreating a bakery delivery truck from a Bakery called Helms Bakery that was very popular in the 50&60’s in California. I was awarded Best Vintage Traveling Bakery Truck in 2022 and 2023 At the 33 & 34th Annual Route 66 Fun Run in Kingman AZ. I also was chosen as Honorable mention at the 2022 IBIE Best in baking program for my delivery truck. I have always been very passionate about creating traditional pastries and cakes with a modern twist and have established myself as an acclaimed bakery chef in Kingman Az.
