As of 2:32 p.m. (Friday, July 26), Vinita, Ketchum, Big Cabin, and Welch firefighters have extinguished a fire at Burrough's Manor, as residents were evacuated earlier to the Pilgrim Presbyterian Church and are in safe condition.
As of 2:54 p.m., authorities arrested Roger Lee Woolman, 67, on a first-degree arson count and booked into Craig County Jail.

Joe Bald project, extended roof over swim platform and adding steps down into the water. Day 2 completed the roof, today the water was to rough to weld and work on the steps. Should have this all completed for the DOA’s this week.

Load & Leak test on my work boat was successful. Been a busy season and hadn’t had much time. Should be in full work mode next season. For now, it’s my work barge, platform and material hauler.
