A Moment of Gratitude đź’›
Today, while collecting donations, we had a moment of overwhelming gratitude.
Last year, before we were even an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we took a leap of faith and reached out to Barth Storage. We shared our story, our mission, and our need for a place to store donations for our Giving Garage events. We didn’t know what to expect but what happened next changed everything.
The owner personally called us back. Not only did they offer us a great deal they generously donated an entire year of storage for free. That was the moment we found our first real home base.
Sometimes we say, “We can’t wait to have a place to call home.” But the truth is we do have one. It may be a storage unit, but it’s where we keep every donation, every event supply, and every little piece of hope we give to families in need. It’s the heartbeat behind so much of what we do.
So today, and every day, we want to say:

Thank you for believing in us when we were just getting started. You’ve become a quiet but powerful part of our journey, and none of this would be possible without you.
