We are USDA registered, Pet Care Insured, extremely experienced in handling animals, and have received positive reviews from our satisfied clients here and on our citizen shipper acct. Our door-to-door transport service vows to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and consistently cared for. Our goal is to help pet owners transport their furry friends safely and calmly. We work directly with you. We will stay in constant contact with wellness updates (via video clips/pics) and offer GPS live tracking for added peace of mind. We stand by our word always! We provide essential items like blankets, water, approved treats, and safe chew toys to relax your pet throughout the journey. When traveling with dogs, **we require the use of a harness over a collar as it is much more reliable and safer for your pet and us during potty breaks. Speaking of breaks, we like to take them every 2-4 hours during long-distance travel. We want your pet to arrive at their destination refreshed and ready to enjoy their new surroundings. We don't worry about harnesses for puppies as we have a "no paws to the ground" policy for all pups less than 12 weeks old. We carry plenty of puppy pads and baby wipes for cleanup. VIP RIDES
If you are requesting VIP transport, please add $100 to the fee, as we lose the option to stack bookings for VIP transports, and this helps balance the loss of income a bit.
**PAYMENT POLICY**
Due to recent failed payments upon delivery experiences, we now require half our fee at booking and the balance at pet pick-up. We apologize for the inconvenience some customers have caused us to resort to this. Thank you for considering us for your pet transport needs. We look forward to serving you and your furry friend!
