Bay Area Sailing School is hosting an American Sailing Instructor Clinic starting at 5 pm June 7. We are offering American Sailing instructor certifications for 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, and 214. No need to already have any American Sailing student certifications to become an American Sailing instructor where you teach sailing at American Sailing schools worldwide.

Fall weather is almost here. Highs in the 70's predicted next weekend with no rain. We still have room in both our ASA 101 and Combo classes next weekend. The following weekend will be the last ASA 106 (Advance Coastal Cruising - offshore night operations) until May 15, 2020. Space remaining in the ASA 106 October 18-20 for one person or a couple. $790 pp

Bay Area Sailing School still has five spaces left in the ASA 101 2 day learn to sail course. Our weekend Combo (Bareboat Chartering Courses) are booked until August 2 though we do have space for private Combo courses during the week.

Sailing is great this time of year. The winds in the afternoon are usually 6-10 knots. Great for having fun and relaxing.

We still have three spaces left on our fourth boat for the ASA 101 course starting Saturday morning at 8:30 am at Watergate Yachting Center, Pier 3.

We have three boats going to Galveston Yacht Basin this coming Friday, March 1 as part of the ASA Combo course. Three spaces still available. Only $632.48.

We still have space next weekend (March 2-3) for the ASA 101 course for only $263.30 - including free charter.

The rates have been lowered on a beautiful Catalina 350 with in mast roller furling main at the request of the owner.
You can easily fit eight people on this boat for as little as $384 for half a day of fun sailing on Galveston Bay.

We do have several people enrolled in the beginning sailing course - ASA 101. The highs this coming weekend (January 26-27) are forecast to be in the low to mid 60's with moderate winds. Great weather for learning to sail if you like cooler, but comfortable weather.

Our office is open seven days a week.

We have completed the ASA 101 courses and Combo courses both of the last weekends despite the forecasts of rain both weekends. More people getting addicted to the fun of sailing.
