We are just completing a project on a complete electronics refurb on a beautiful 52 Hatteras Motor Yacht. The new owner wanted all the latest equipment on a new helm. Full Raymarine treatment including dual Axiom chart plotters, Alpha display for engine data/glass helm, Augmented Reality video with forward, rear, and engine room cameras, 3D sonar, Doppler Radar, Autopilot, AIS, and more.

Topped off with new cherry wood panels, new custom Contura V switches, and a phone/tablet charging station. Cruising in style now!

If anyone ever has doubts about Starlink:

-Hurricane Beryl is passing through our neighborhood
-I am in the house, approximately 100 yards from our boat
-Starlink (gen 2) is installed on the radar arch using a Seaview adapter on a Glomex VHF mount
-The Starlilnk was NOT stowed or moved during the weather event
-I've seen 16 seconds of interruption in the signal (excluding the 6 minutes to re-acquire a signal after shore power went out and we started the generator)

I am impressed! The original router (with no network extender) is mounted inside a wooden cabinet, inside our boat, over a 100 yards away). The antenna survived the wind gusting to 50+ and this thing never missed a beat outside of shore power going off and moving to generator. I am sitting high and dry enjoying coffee from my breakfast table and posting this on a Surface Pro connected to the boat wifi.
