Building has been moved securely
We were asked if we could relocate this historic cabin. Behind that vinyl siding is a 100 year old cabin that used to serve a purpose and now will do the same in its new location.

Saturday consisted of getting this customers front half of her house re-shingled

-Owen Corning "onyx black" 9 square
-stripped down to Bare decking, repaired water damage
-Owens Corning ice and water from bottom to top
-fresh white wide nailer drip edge

This front patio area was in need of railings/gates!

-Stripped and replaced post covers!
- installed all pressure treated lumber needed
-black metal spindles
-installed 2- 36" gates
"Customer did all stain prep/ touch up for us"

We are booked out for bigger jobs but are still available for things like:
Dump runs
Material hauling "stone grades+mulch"
Machine moving up to 12,000 pounds

-NEW ROOF INSTALL-

Ice/water underlayment ✓
Strapped out✓
New metal roof "dark brown in color"

Every project is presented with its own challenges! This one had three inches of insulation board on the exterior of the roof. This was our reasoning for strapping out this roof.

We had the pleasure to remove this 70' maple!
- the trunk was dangerously rotten.
No more worries when high winds come through!

We also were asked to instill a petition wall, so they could have a washer /dryer area!
This job had some behind the scene hiccups! We ended up having to replumb the up stairs bathroom. "No more cast iron and galvanized pipe"!

We have had a little bit of everything going on.

This was a bathroom we had assisted with getting it closer to completion. "This bathroom is not 100% completed."
This was already gutted to stud and some arrangements were made to accommodate the new bathroom layout!

We have been busy helping getting some apartments ready for our current customers.
