Don't forget! Tuesday at 130pm is the State of NJ multi-family re-inspection. This is a mandatory inspection. Failure to be available and failure to pass inspection will result in a fine for each infraction. Please ensure you have adjusted your schedule accordingly!

Our new Property Manager is Tom Conway, Owner of Foxwood Realty Services. He was recommended by our insurance agent and has a great rating with the Better Business Bureau. His contract begins July 1st. Our first concerns are security and fire code corrections.
